2009 will be busy once again. I have 2 sailings with HAL in the first quarter. One is a quick trip to the Hawaiian Islands and a second one is Southeast Asia. I get asked if my students can join the tours and by all means yes.. But you must book directly with your travel agency as George Geary Tours does not handle these. Do look on my tour page for the latest tours that I do have to offer.
My France 2009 tours sold out very early. If you would like to go with on my "Walk In The Footsteps of Julia Child Tour" it will be May 16th-22nd, 2010.
My personal classes in Orange County, CA are held about twice a month in Yorba Linda, CA. If you are interested in joining us for a class, you can register under classes here on this site.
In late August my 6th Book: 500 Sauces, Salad Dressings, Marinates, Salsas and more will be out. I will have them for sale here in the store. In fact, this is probably the only place you can find all of my books which I personalize for you. I also carry the Magic Line baking pans.. These are industrial baking pans like no other. Made in the USA!
