Books:
The past few months were so exciting. My 4th book came out in fall with a huge publicity tour. Daily from October to December I was interviewed for all types of media. Many food radio shows from West Virginia to Florida. Every major newspaper and local papers talked about the complete baking cookbook!
I just finished the manuscript of my 5th book The Cheesecake Bible. It will be out in the fall. And now have started to work on the 6th book (working titled: Get Dressed and Sauced ~ 500 Salad Dressing and Sauce Recipes).
I have VERY few of my past titles available. All are in print, but not easy to find and very hard to find autographed. Check out the new store for these.
Tours:
I have a new long weekend tour that you can find out about on the tour page. The Great Food Tour of Chicago. I also will be offering many 1 day tours of the Los Angeles area. Check out my tour page.
Classes in Southern California:
I have many schools in the region, but the ones listed are at the Danish Cultural Center in Yorba Linda. If you are not on the mailing list for this great location, please email me. You can now register and pay online up to one day prior to the class. All new classes for the second season.

Los Angeles County Fair
I will again be the Culinary Coordinator for the countries largest county fair in Pomona, CA. September 5th ~ 28th, 2008 Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I will be doing mini-classes in our TV ready kitchen/studio under the grandstands. Nightly we have a culinary contest.
